We have a network of over 1,200 writers, including certified career coaches, former and current hiring managers, HR professionals, recruiters and professionals with specialized experience in over 65 industries. This ensures we can match each client with an expert who is a strong match for their needs. TopCV recruits and vets our writers based upon the value they can bring to our clients.

We’ve designed our introductory questionnaire to get a sense of your past experience and current goals while allowing you the opportunity to communicate what matters most to you. The questionnaire should only take a few minutes to complete and your answers will help inform the approach your writer takes in restructuring and rewriting your CV. While a previous CV is not required to kickstart the CV writing process, it can save you and your writer time covering the basics.

Our CV-writing process is collaborative between the writer and the client. We use your old CV as a primary source of information. If you don’t have a CV, don’t worry, your writer will send you a brief questionnaire that will request all the information we need to get started. Once this has been provided, your new CV will be delivered to you in about a week. Then, you'll have another week to provide feedback to your writer, with up to two rounds of revisions. So, if you are not receiving two times more job interviews within 60 days of receiving your CV, we will write it again one time, free-of-charge. You must notify us in writing within 180 days of receiving your final copy. Only certain packages are eligible for our guarantee.

All sales are final, but there will be multiple drafts and revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Our CV writers will work with you throughout the revision period until you are satisfied with your CV.
