Finding a job in the UK as a foreigner has many challenges. Know your work visa status
With very few exceptions, you will need a Highly Skilled Worker Visa. For this visa, you will need to find an eligible job and a UK employer that has been approved by the Home Office. You can start your search here. Each job will have its own set of requirements, which may include qualifications, training, and minimum salary. Often, similar-sounding positions will not meet the eligibility requirements; for example, a Chef is considered a highly skilled position, but a Cook is not. Your employer, or Sponsor, must also meet certain requirements to be able to sponsor your application. You must have a complete job offer before applying for a visa.
Finding work as a UK graduate
A graduate visa allows you to stay in the UK for a minimum of two years (three, if you have a PhD or doctoral qualification) after successfully completing an eligible course. Unfortunately, not all employers will agree to hire graduates with this immigration status, so check on visa requirements with a hiring manager to avoid disappointment.
What kind of job can I get in the UK?
The UK government keeps a regularly updated list of occupations in which there is a shortage of skilled workers. You may be surprised to learn that, in addition to positions in IT, engineering, and sustainability, highly skilled artistic roles are also in high demand. Dancers and musicians, however, must meet standards required by internationally-recognised UK dance companies and orchestras.

LinkedIn has over 33 million users in the United Kingdom and is the top platform for professional networking in the UK.
